Our Policies
Reservation and Cancellation Policy:
To provide the best service to all our clients, we kindly request that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to change, cancel, or reschedule your reservation.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy:

Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a $20.00 charge.

Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a charge equal to 100% of the reserved services.
Late Arrivals:
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled service, we may not be able to accommodate your booking. Cancellations due to late arrival will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved services.
